Real Estate Specialist - Sales | US Market
Are you a sales hunter who knows the ins and outs of the U.S. Real Estate market? MyOutDesk is seeking a proactive, "can-do" Inside Sales Agent to join a high-growth account serving the North American property sector. This isn't just a phone-bound role; it’s an opportunity to be a founding member of a team with massive scaling potential. You will act as the bridge between U.S. property owners and their goals, moving seamlessly from the daily basics of lead qualification and CRM updates to the complex task of nurturing high-value relationships. We need someone approachable, coachable, and ready to take action on any task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lead generation process, from cold outreach and database mining to setting high-quality appointments for the client.
- Dual-Market Communication: Handle a 50/50 split of English and Spanish communications, adapting your style to both U.S. stakeholders and Spanish-speaking prospects.
- CRM Integrity: Meticulously manage lead pipelines in Real Estate CRMs (like Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, or Chime), ensuring every interaction is documented.
- Proactive Follow-up: Execute rigorous follow-up sequences to convert "cold" leads into "warm" opportunities.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work directly with U.S. Real Estate managers and owners, providing daily updates and showing initiative to improve their sales workflows.
- Task Versatility: Be ready to jump into data entry, property research, or administrative support as needed to ensure the client’s business grows.
Requirements
- English Fluency: Advanced English (C1/C2) – You’re comfortable writing and speaking professionally.
- 3+ years of professional experience (2+ years within the Real Estate Industry).
- Closing Mindset: Demonstrated ability to handle cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting monthly KPIs.
- Work Schedule: Full-time availability (40-48 hours/week) aligned with U.S. Business Hours (EST/PST).
- Location: Ability to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
