This role is designed for individuals who have spent 3+ consecutive years mastering the complexities of the North American market and thrive in high-productivity environments.
In this position, you will act as a critical extension of our clients' businesses, managing a high volume of leads and complex task queues with precision. Whether you are navigating Real Estate transactions, Insurance claims, or Healthcare coordination, your ability to multitask and maintain a neutral English accent will be the key to your success. Responsibilities
- High-Volume Lead Management: Proactively qualify and manage a robust funnel of inbound/outbound leads with high accuracy.
- Multidisciplinary Support: Execute specialized tasks across diverse industries including Real Estate, Insurance, and Healthcare.
- Task Prioritization: Manage complex calendars, high-priority emails, and administrative task queues effectively.
- CRM Mastery: Optimize and maintain digital systems like HubSpot or Salesforce with proactive follow-up tracking.
- Bilingual Communication: Manage professional client correspondence and documentation in flawless English and Spanish.
- Project Collaboration: Work as a true extension of U.S. teams, ensuring all follow-up items and deliverables are met.
- Operational Accountability: Adhere to MOD's strict standards for punctuality, attendance, and professional reporting.
Requirements
- English Fluency: Advanced level (C1-C2) with a neutral accent for professional U.S. communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a 4-year university.
- Experience: 3+ consecutive years of experience in business support or customer service roles for U.S./international companies.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated history working within the Real Estate, Insurance, or Healthcare sectors.
- Schedule: Full-time (40–48 hours/week) aligned with U.S. business hours (EST/PST).
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools.
- On-site Readiness: Ability to work from the Lima headquarters in San Isidro as required.
