We are expanding our operations in Peru and are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our Lima office. This is an entry-level position with strong advancement potential, ideal for candidates who want to grow into leadership, operations, or client-facing roles over time.

Position Overview
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and clients. You will support daily office operations while interacting with international stakeholders in English.
This role requires strong spoken English, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and candidates professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls in English and Spanish
- Manage incoming emails and office communications
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Support HR and operations with administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized, professional office environment
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and internal coordination
Requirements
- Required (Non-Negotiable)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – professional level required
- Native or fluent Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
- Must reside in Lima and be available for full-time, in-office work
- Preferred
- 6–12 months experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
- Experience interacting with international clients
- Interest in long-term career growth within a global company
