Since our foundation in Lyon in 2016, we have been revolutionizing the liquidity planning market for SMEs across Europe. Our office in Berlin was launched in 2020 and continuously expanded to a team of ~80 Agicapians now. Our Account Management Teams play a key role in Agicap’s growth and retention strategies. As an Account Manager with an activation focus you support the Finance teams and C-Suite of our customers in reaching their business objectives with Agicap. This is a pivotal part of our Customer Success function alongside Implementation and Customer Success Tech.
What you will do:
Manage a portfolio of 100+ customers to drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunitiesDive deep into Treasury and Corporate finance workflows to continuously improve our customers’ tool set-upBecome a product expert and use this to maximise the value and ROI that customers get out of our product as well as to act as an enabler for internal knowledge transferDevelop a strong understanding of customer needs and act as an advocate for our customers into the organisationWork closely with our Commercial Account Managers to identify growth opportunities within your portfolioCooperate closely with adjacent teams to ensure our customers reach their desired business objectives
What you need to succeed:
3-4 years of professional experience, either in Finance/Treasury roles or in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment/ideally in FinTechTreasury/Corporate Finance knowledge either through educational or work experienceNative German and fluent EnglishA proactive nature and a continuous drive for improvement The ability to excel in a dynamic growth environment, quickly adapt to challenges and keep a positive attitudeExcellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality and empathy towards users and customersAbility to work with diverse teams (Sales, CS, Tech, Product, etc.)
