As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our new incoming clients, as well as maintaining a healthy and productive relationship with existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between our engineers and clients
- Conduct post-launch case studies and reviews
- Address client issues that surface post-launch
- Ensure customer success long term
Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A background and/or interest in healthcare and science is a plus.
- Is a proactive (not simply reactive) self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Has expert communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a demonstrated record of success
- Constantly wants to improve and motivates themselves and others
