We are seeking an experienced D365 Developer to design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that address complex business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with product managers and senior engineers to translate functional needs into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise across Dynamics 365 CRM modules and the Power Platform, with a focus on performance, availability, and best engineering practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs.
• Work extensively with CRM, Sales, and Marketing modules to deliver tailored solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and implementations.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365, including custom entities, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
• Develop robust, scalable code while ensuring performance optimization and high availability.
• Troubleshoot, tune, and resolve production performance and availability issues.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated and reliable deployments.
• Manage user access, roles, and security configurations within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Follow and contribute to engineering best practices and lifecycle standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and deployment using managed solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps (model-driven & canvas), Power Automate, and PCF controls.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience in REST/SOAP web services.
• Hands-on experience with user management and security configuration in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and integrations with Microsoft services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Knowledge of SSIS, HTTP/REST architecture, and cloud-based services.
• Exposure to Azure services, including Azure Functions, is a plus.
