Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to domestic appliances through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
• Answer questions regarding product features, FAQs, warranties, and troubleshoot common issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide step-by-step assistance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Record transactions and interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with the technical support team for complex queries and service-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in a technical support environment, is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software is an asset.
• Adept at working independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration.
