We’re seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and impact-driven Data Analyst II to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you’ll help transform raw data into actionable insights that inform product, business, and marketing decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reporting, perform deep-dive analyses, and surface strategic recommendations.
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports used by key stakeholders across the company
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business impact
Develop Sigma datasets and models, ensuring performance, accuracy, and usability
Partner with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to design and execute analytical projects
Write clean, efficient SQL to extract, clean, and manipulate data from our data warehouse (Snowflake)
Use Python for data analysis and automation (e.g., pandas, NumPy, etc.)
Support ad hoc analysis needs and proactively identify data-driven opportunities
Assist in improving data processes, documentation, and data quality
Present findings in a clear, structured way to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in an analytics or data-focused role
Hands-on experience with a BI tool (Sigma preferred; Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar also acceptable)
Proficient in SQL; comfortable navigating large-scale data systems
Python skills for analysis, visualization, and scripting
Strong communication skills with a knack for turning data into compelling narratives
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a bias for action
Interest or experience in Generative AI tools or concepts is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Airflow and version control (Git)
An interest in Generative AI is a plus as we continue to explore its applications across the organization.
Experience with web traffic, content performance, or ad tech data
Background in working with marketing, SEO, or user engagement metrics
Familiarity with statistics fundamentals (e.g., basic A/B testing, descriptive stats)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Work on high-impact projects in a data-forward organization
Build data products and tools that directly improve team workflows
Exposure to a broad range of analytical challenges and stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation not included in the posted range.
