Summary
As a Data Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and optimizing Proximus Global’s ecosystem across both Digital Identity and Network APIs. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with mobile network operators, aggregators, and data providers globally, enabling scalable API-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new data partners (telcos, aggregators, global data providers)
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle: sourcing, qualification, negotiation, onboarding, and launch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders
- Support contract negotiations and ensure partnerships meet commercial and quality targets
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and legal teams on integration and compliance processes
- Monitor partner performance and drive optimization of existing partnerships
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners aligned with business priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
- Experience in telecom, API-based products, or data/identity ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting or leading negotiations
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze KPIs, cost efficiency, and partner performance
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams
- Solid understanding of APIs and digital product integrations
- Solid understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR and similar regional regulations)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
