Data & Video Review Specialist — Temp-to-Hire (In-Office)
We’re seeking detail-oriented, highly computer-proficient individuals to join our operations team. This role involves reviewing and tagging video and visual data using specialized internal tools. The work requires speed, precision, and the ability to quickly internalize structured rules while operating within a production environment.
Location & Work Setting
In-office position based in Madisonville, LA
Pay & Employment Type
Starting pay: $16–$18/hour
Temp-to-hire: This is a temporary role with the intent to convert to full-time
Full-time consideration: Eligible for full-time employment after 3 months, based on performance and business need
What You’ll Do
Review, interpret, and tag video data according to defined visual standards
Navigate multiple software tools and interfaces efficiently
Maintain accuracy while working at a sustained pace
Apply detailed rules consistently across large volumes of data
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Typing speed of 80+ words per minute
Strong computer fluency (e.g., PC gamer, streamer, highly comfortable in digital environments)
Ability to learn complex systems quickly and apply feedback immediately
High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, rules-based work
Training & Ramp-Up
Paid, on-the-job training provided
Structured ramp-up period with clear productivity and accuracy benchmarks
Regular feedback during training to support rapid skill development
Advancement to full production responsibilities based on demonstrated performance
