DES2 - Business Analyst

• Role: IT Business Analyst (5–7 year experience)
• Analyze business requirements and translate needs into effective process and software designs
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned to organizational objectives
• Conduct and facilitate process modeling, data modeling, and solution modeling
• Create clear documentation: BRD/FRD, workflows, diagrams, functional specs, and process definitions
• Identify gaps, recommend system/process enhancements, and define controls, protocols, and procedures
• Support testing lifecycle by creating test scenarios and assisting with UAT for changes
• Investigate service-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions
• Provide user enablement through documentation, training, and production/support assistance
• Preferred: Experience in Healthcare Insurance Enrollment & Membership Services, especially government-sponsored programs
