We need someone to own how Fluidstack negotiates its deals and how we run the commercial process that supports them. We're signing large, complex infrastructure deals at speed. This role makes sure we get the best terms possible while keeping the deal process tight and fast.
Lead commercial negotiations across our deal portfolio: leases, service agreements, infrastructure contracts and well as structure deal terms, concessions, and risk positions.
Work with legal to drive contracts to signature on aggressive timelines.
Own the deal lifecycle from kickoff through signature and handoff to delivery.
Build and maintain deal tracking, documentation standards, and workflows so nothing slips.
Create stage gates, readiness checklists, and escalation paths that make the process repeatable.
Report on deal status and pipeline health to leadership clearly and concisely.
Significant experience in high-stakes commercial negotiations (M&A, leveraged finance, or complex infrastructure transactions).
Track record of closing large, multi-party deals under time pressure.
Ability to build processes from scratch and operationalise them with high attention to detail across many concurrent workstreams.
Clear, direct communicator who works well with leadership, legal, internal teams and external counterparts.
Direct experience negotiating data center or large-scale infrastructure deals (leases, power agreements, construction contracts).
Nice to have a background as a senior associate at a top law firm, ED at an investment bank, or similar.

The base salary range for this position is $250,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
