As the Security Lead, Data Centers, you will lead the design and implementation of physical and logical security frameworks across Fluidstack's distributed data center infrastructure. Responsibilities include establishing security standards for facility buildouts, driving the design and implementation of secure networking infrastructure, overseeing vendor and contractor security requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer obligations. The role partners cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and operations teams to embed security into every layer of Fluidstack's GPU cloud infrastructure, enabling the company to scale securely you'll be owning and driving efforts to secure AI infrastructure from the most sophisticated adversaries on the planet.
Build security processes and policies that scale alongside Fluidstack's rapid infrastructure growth.
Lead network security engineering work, both consultative and implementation, with the infrastructure teams.
Design and maintain comprehensive security frameworks across Fluidstack's distributed infrastructure.
Help develop and lead the implementation of security system standards in compliance with US DoD and other international standards.
Drive and consult on cross-functional DC architecture and operations, to include infrastructure, ops, support, etc.
Drive strategic alignment across multiple security functions as they plug in across all aspects of DC operations
10+ years designing and implementing hyperscale /mission-critical security systems and operations
Understanding of the threat landscape at the IT/OT convergence
Experience with physical and logical security technologies and vendors

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
