Solera Health is transforming the way people access and experience better health. We seamlessly connect individuals to personalized, evidence-based solutions that address chronic conditions and improve overall well-being. Our integrated platform empowers payers and employers with tools to manage outcomes, optimize provider networks, and drive meaningful health impact. Through a curated marketplace of digital and community-based partners, Solera helps consumers find the right programs—spanning physical, behavioral, and social health—to achieve lasting results.
As Director of Network Partnerships, you’ll own day-to-day partner relationship management and operational accountability across assigned condition verticals, reporting to the VP, Digital Network Partner Strategy. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of digital health partners, driving performance against milestone and attribution targets, managing the contract and renewal lifecycle, and coordinating across Product, Clinical, and Engineering to resolve partner issues.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of integrated digital health by shaping how condition-specific solutions come together to deliver whole-person care and measurable health outcomes.
You’re a strategic relationship builder and operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You balance empathy with accountability—knowing when to challenge, when to support, and always how to communicate with clarity. You’re passionate about improving healthcare experiences, skilled in uncovering value within partnerships, and confident navigating data-driven discussions and complex stakeholder dynamics.
