About the Role

Ontra is seeking a Director, Revenue Operations reporting to our Senior Vice President on our Revenue Operations team.

We’re looking for a seasoned Revenue Operations leader excited to own and evolve our end-to-end revenue operating system, drive strategic planning and forecasting, scale modern GTM systems and processes, and lead teams that support sustained, profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Revenue Strategy & Planning: Own the end-to-end revenue operating model, including GTM strategy, annual and quarterly planning, capacity modeling, territory design, and quota methodology to support sustained, profitable growth.
  • Forecasting & Analytics: Oversee comprehensive revenue forecasting, enhance forecast accuracy, and provide insights that inform executive decisions in collaboration with Finance.
  • GTM Systems & Tools Management: Own the roadmap and governance for core GTM systems, ensuring scalable, well-integrated tools that support efficient seller workflows and accurate reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align priorities and execution across the full revenue lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop multi-disciplinary RevOps teams, establishing strong operating rhythms, coaching managers, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience supporting and scaling GTM functions, with a strong understanding of revenue strategy, forecasting, and operating in complex environments.
  • Operating Rigor & Executive Partnership: Demonstrated ability to establish disciplined revenue operating rhythms, own performance and attainment visibility, and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior revenue and finance leadership.
  • GTM Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with modern GTM technology stacks, including Salesforce (backend administration), Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and data platforms such as Snowflake and Sigma (preferred).
  • Communication and Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders through clear communication, strong collaboration, and effective project management.
  • High Growth Environment: Track record of scaling revenue operations in high-growth B2B SaaS settings, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
