About the Role
Highly Likely is looking for a Dishwasher who’s dependable, fast, organized, and ready to be a key part of our kitchen team. This role is all about keeping things clean, flowing, and service-ready at all times. You may not be the one taking orders or plating food, but you are a huge part of what makes the whole restaurant work.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well, doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, and can keep up in a busy kitchen while staying positive and team-focused.
What You’ll Do
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools quickly and thoroughly
- Keep the dish pit clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service
- Help maintain a clean kitchen, including floors, mats, sinks, trash areas, and storage spaces
- Take out trash, recycling, and compost as needed
- Put away clean dishes and equipment where they belong
- Support the kitchen team with cleaning and organization projects during slower moments
- Help receive and organize deliveries when needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team keep things moving

Physical Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a hot, wet, and fast-moving kitchen environment
Experience
Restaurant experience is great, but not required. We’re happy to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and reliability.
