As a customer service representative, you will assist users in navigating the platform, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional service in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to ride-sharing services, account management, and bookings via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide information regarding pricing, promotions, and service areas.
• Assist customers with issues related to ride requests, cancellations, and payment processes.
• Resolve complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and address customer feedback.
• Stay informed about local regulations and service updates to provide accurate information to users.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the ride-sharing or tech industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
