Key Responsibilities The Junior Recruiter will support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, learning to balance administrative efficiency with proactive candidate engagement.
I. Recruitment Support & Sourcing
● Job Posting: Assist in drafting and posting engaging job advertisements across various platforms, including NAFIS, LinkedIn, and specialized job boards, to ensure high visibility among UAE National talent.
● Sourcing & Screening: Learn and apply creative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest.
● Assessment: Support senior recruiters in conducting initial interviews and basic skills assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and motivation.
● Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all profiles are accurate and organized for the hiring team.
● Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interview rounds, ensuring all parties are informed and logistics are handled professionally.
II. Candidate Experience & Onboarding
● Onboarding Assistance: Help guide candidates through the administrative stages of the onboarding process, including gathering required documentation and assisting with pre-employment checks.
● Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the application journey.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Recruitment teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into their new roles.
Qualifications & Requirements Essential Criteria
● Nationality: UAE National with a Family Book is mandatory.
● Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience. We welcome fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR or individuals with internship experience in recruitment/customer service.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Arabic and English.
● Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required.
