We’re looking for an energetic, proactive Employer Brand & Communications Manager to strengthen our external presence and internal engagement.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You won’t just design ideas — you will bring them to life. You will work closely with leadership, HR, recruitment, delivery, and an external marketing agency to make sure our brand feels alive, consistent, and authentic across all touchpoints.
This role is ideal for a strong middle-level specialist who enjoys communication, content creation, event coordination, and building engagement from within.
Act as the main point of contact for our external marketing agency (Instagram).
Align on content plans, generate ideas, and collect internal input (photos, videos, team stories, expert posts).
Coordinate the preparation of content assets and ensure timely delivery.
Support business development with marketing materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies).
Strengthen and maintain a consistent employer brand aligned with company values.
Monitor and improve the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, DOU, and job boards.
Encourage authentic employee reviews and participation.
Collaborate with HR and recruitment to create candidate-focused campaigns and content.
Write and edit content including blog posts, newsletters, interviews, and team announcements.
Source and manage creative assets (designers, photographers, video editors) as needed.
Ensure brand tone of voice and visual identity are consistent across all materials.
Proactively communicate with team members to identify stories, expertise, and initiatives worth sharing.
Encourage employees to create professional content (LinkedIn posts, interviews, blog articles).
Support internal communication campaigns (milestones, updates, culture initiatives).
Increase employee involvement in brand initiatives.
Fully manage internal engagement initiatives and online/offline events (e.g. company birthday, New Year celebration, team activities).
Plan and execute events within limited budgets.
Take full ownership from idea to delivery.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or employer branding (tech industry is a plus).
Strong copywriting skills (English B2+).
Experience managing social media and working with external vendors/agency partners.
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) and familiarity with CMS tools.
Comfortable communicating across departments and proactively reaching out to colleagues.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A genuine interest in company culture, employee experience, and digital presence.
