About Sent
Sent is an infrastructure for sending A2P messages across SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS through a single unified API. Our intelligent routing model automates channel selection based on deliverability and cost, ensuring lower cost and global reach without any channel-specific integrations.
We recently closed a $5.1M Seed round backed by Companyon Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, UIF, and CEAS Investments. We're hiring to build the best infrastructure to replace multi-channel messaging stacks.
About the Role
We're hiring an Enterprise Growth Advisor to work with Sent's mid-market and enterprise customers. You'll engage growth-stage companies and established businesses that are either consolidating messaging vendors or upgrading their infrastructure.
These are organizations with multiple functions involved in decision making - engineering, product, growth, finance. You'll research target accounts, build relationships across buying committees, run substantive first conversations about their current messaging stack, and guide qualified companies into technical evaluations with our team. You'll need to understand a prospect's infrastructure well enough to articulate why Sent's intelligent routing saves them headaches, money, and deliverability.
What You'll Do
Account-Based Engagement
Identify and engage mid-market and enterprise companies evaluating or consolidating messaging infrastructure
Build multi-threaded relationships across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Use intent signals, product usage data, and enrichment tools to prioritize and personalize outreach
Run targeted outbound campaigns into strategic accounts alongside marketing
Discovery & Qualification
Run substantive first conversations to understand a prospect's current messaging infrastructure, spend, and pain points
Map buying committees and identify decision-makers, champions, and influencers
Qualify on volume, channel mix, migration complexity, and budget/timeline
Position Sent's intelligent routing and cost advantages clearly against incumbent providers
Deal Coordination
Connect qualified companies with closing reps and GTM Engineers for technical evaluations, POCs, and trials
Support deal progression by re-engaging stakeholders, providing competitive context, and coordinating follow-ups
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM
Collaborate with marketing on account-based campaigns, events, and targeted content
What You'll Bring
Required
0-2 years of experience in a commercial or customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, preferably with technical products
Strong discovery skills - can run a first conversation that surfaces real pain and business context
Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and technical workflows at a high level
Organized and rigorous with pipeline management and follow-through
Experience with modern GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
Nice to Have
Familiarity with account-based engagement motions and complex buying committees
Experience with enrichment and prospecting tools
Background working with technical buyers

Rapid Scaling: Sent just closed $5.1M and the enterprise motion is being built right now. You'll shape how it works.
