We are seeking a results-driven B2B Event Marketing professional who understands that events are not just experiences, they are revenue engines. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built and executed event marketing strategies tied directly to revenue goals, attendance targets, and sponsor growth. You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive registration, engagement, and measurable ROI across in-person and virtual B2B events.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role requiring strong ownership, flexibility, and the ability to pivot quickly as priorities evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B conferences, summits, and virtual events aligned to revenue and attendance goals
Own campaign performance from launch through post-event analysis, including pacing, optimization, and reporting
Partner closely with sales, editorial/content, design, and operations teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
Build audience acquisition strategies using email marketing, paid media, partnerships, organic social, and content marketing
Manage registration funnels, pricing strategies, and promotional cadence to hit revenue targets
Monitor KPIs (registrations, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, revenue per attendee, sponsor exposure metrics) and optimize campaigns accordingly
Support sponsor marketing deliverables and ensure fulfillment of promotional commitments
Develop compelling messaging that resonates with senior-level B2B audiences
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and campaign quality
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B event marketing (conferences, summits, or virtual events)
Demonstrated experience building and executing marketing strategies specifically designed to meet revenue goals
Strong understanding of registration funnels, pricing strategy, and audience segmentation
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, content/editorial, and creative teams
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Ability to pivot quickly and prioritize competing deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
