A Group of Companies headquartered in Piraeus is seeking an experienced Executive Secretary for immediate employment.

We are interested in candidates who are passionate about this role and motivated by career development and growth  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
• University/College degree
• English at Proficiency level, both written and spoken
  (knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an additional asset)
• Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent skills in drafting letters and professional correspondence
• Professional appearance, courtesy, and a pleasant personality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively assess and prioritize responsibilities
• Previous experience in event organization will be considered an additional asset.
