This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area, requiring regular in-office presence (3-4 days per week) to support leadership and office operations.

The Executive Assistant & HR Associate supports Greenlight’s C-Suite while also helping coordinate key HR operations and office logistics across the organization. Combining executive support, HR administration, and office management, ensuring leadership operations run smoothly while HR processes and internal coordination remain organized and consistent.
You will work closely with the Managing Partners and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong organization, responsiveness, discretion, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation at Greenlight is determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, market benchmarks, and internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is $55,000–$70,000 CAD and may include base and variable compensation depending on the position.
