A Day in the Life
· Partner closely with the Group Chief People Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer to manage complex, high volume diaries
· Coordinate Executive Committee, Board and Leadership Team meetings including logistics, agendas and documentation
· Manage domestic and international travel aligned to company policy
· Prepare executive communications, presentations and board materials
· Review and approve expenses, invoices and cost centre coding
· Support delivery of key company-wide events including mid-year and end-of-year forums
· Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders across national and international environments
· Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless executive support
About the Role
This is a high trust, high impact role supporting two senior executives whose portfolios influence the entire organisation. You will operate at pace, manage competing priorities and act as a strategic partner who anticipates needs before they arise.
You will be confident engaging with Board members, external stakeholders and senior leaders while maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality.
Key Capabilities we're looking for:
Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives in a complex corporate environmentDemonstrated event planning and delivery experience including executive forums, leadership offsites and company wide events with strong attention to logistics, stakeholder experience and budget managementExceptional diary, travel and governance coordination capabilityAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong judgement, emotional intelligence and ability to remain composed under pressureHigh attention to detail and financial accuracy in expense management
