This is not a role for beginners—demonstrable, successful experience within private jet charter is essential, and applications without this background will not be progressed. Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Win, develop and retain new business
- Manage the full charter process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Leverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
- Negotiate charter terms with aircraft operators to secure competitive pricing and optimal availability
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of global charter markets, aircraft availability, and operator performance
- Deliver a consistently high level of client service and discretion
- Contribute to the development of the local charter business, helping shape market strategy and growth initiatives
- Represent the business within key client and industry networks
- As the business grows, take on responsibility for mentoring and developing junior brokers
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on long-term growth plans and team expansion
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Private Jet chartering - ESSENTIAL
- Willing to contribute to the development of our Swiss German office
- Excellent understanding of the aviation industry and chartering market
- Extensive aircraft knowledge
- Has a proven track record of selling charters and identifying sales leads
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targets
- High attention to detail
- Customer-focused, ambitious, driven and a confident communicator
- Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
