As our Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality and safe construction projects by supporting fast‑paced, detail‑focused field operations. In this role, you will demonstrate strong craftsmanship, adaptability, and effective coordination with project teams across a wide range of specialized commercial construction, maintenance, renovation/repair and light expansion projects.
You will perform a variety of carpentry and building tasks including light framing, installation of interior and exterior finishes, selective demolition, door and hardware installation, and general facility improvements. You will also help ensure that all work aligns with project plans, schedule, and quality standards while maintaining a clean, hazard‑free job site.
Experienced technicians may take on more complex scopes, interact directly with clients, provide field‑driven solutions to the budget and scope of work, and support continuous improvement in project execution.

With strong experience in healthcare, our Facilities Technician ensures full compliance with ICRA protocols, safety requirements, and hospital operational standards. This role requires careful planning around sensitive clinical activities, maintaining clean and secure containment zones, coordinating closely with facilities and clinical staff, and executing tasks with precision to minimize noise, disruption, and impact to patient care.

Your Background
Previous experience as a carpenter or technician on commercial construction or special projects/renovation work.
Strong skillset in light framing, finish installation, selective demo, and repair‑focused construction tasks.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced field environment with frequent task changes.
Valid driver's license.
