As a Finance Analyst at Bondsmith.co.uk, you will work directly with the CFO to scale the finance function of a high-growth fintech. You will take ownership of monthly reporting, revenue recognition, and strategic FP&A processes. This hands-on role is essential for driving accurate financial insights and supporting executive decision-making during a critical growth phase.

What you will do:

• Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts, revenue recognition, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure impeccable financial controls.

• Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, developing sophisticated financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.

• Lead day-to-day finance operations including cash flow monitoring, treasury management, and coordinating with external payroll and tax partners.

The ideal candidate:

• A part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or a similar finance role.

• Advanced Excel power user with a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals and experience using modern ERP systems like Xero.

• A proactive problem-solver with a background in fintech or regulated scale-ups who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
