How will you fight for an AIDS-free generation?
The Finance Director, for the anticipated five-year CDC Strengthening the technical capacity of the Ministry of Health (MOH) to deliver a sustainable and resilient response to HIV/TB and related public health threats in the Kingdom of Eswatini under PEPFAR project, will oversee all aspects of program financial management, ensuring efficient and effective management of program funds. The Finance Director will also lead financial capacity building efforts for local entities. The Finance Director will direct the financial, contractual, procurement, and functions of the project. The project’s main objectives are: Support MOH on strategic planning and development of policies, guidelines, and implementation plans; Support MOH to strengthen health workforce capacity through development and implementation of innovative training, data-driven mentorship, and CQI approaches, tools, and processes; Strengthen MOH capacity to provide oversight and performance monitoring of HIV/TB and related programs and; Strengthen organizational, financial, and technical capacity of local health service delivery entities. This position is contingent upon award.
