• MD, MBBS, MBChB,
• Master of Public Health; Master of Sciences or equivalent degree or experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in public health program implementation, preferably in HIV, TB, MNCH, or health systems strengthening at district or facility level.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical support and mentorship to healthcare workers and facility teams in clinical or community-based settings.
• Proven ability to work with District Health Management Teams (DHMTs) and coordinate multisectoral stakeholders at the sub-national level.
• Strong understanding of national health policies, guidelines, and decentralized health systems in Lesotho or similar contexts.
• Experience in planning, conducting, and reporting on supportive supervision and mentorship visits.
