🙌 Your Mission
As a Finance Operations Intern, you will support our finance team in day-to-day operations and gain invaluable experience in financial processes that are vital to our scaling objectives.
🎯 Your Responsibilities in this Role
- Conduct daily reconciliations of partner wallets against Statements provided by partners
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances identified during reconciliation processes.
- Monitor outstanding reconciling items and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Treasury and Operations to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation procedures
Requirements
🔥 Must-have requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills
- Minimum of 6 months accounting/reconciliation experience
- Professional qualifications in progress are a plus (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and google sheets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization
