WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Financial Systems and Automation Specialist to join our Group Finance team in Prague (Czech Republic).
This role will support and further develop the Group’s financial systems landscape, with a strong focus on automation, digitalization, and scalable process improvements across budgeting and forecasting processes. The role offers strong potential to evolve into a key driver of financial systems innovation and automation within the Group.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
- Administer and manage the Budgeting and Forecasting applications, ensuring smooth daily operation and high data integrity.
- Identify and proactively implement system enhancements, focusing on automation, efficiency gains, and process standardization across the Group.
- Explore and apply advanced data, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
- Conduct functional testing of system upgrades and coordinate communication with the user community.
- Handle system issues in collaboration with the support desk or external vendors.
- Develop and deliver user training, including preparation of manuals and training materials.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by updating key assumptions, processing scenarios, and maintaining related data sets.
- Design tools, reports, and data validation mechanisms to strengthen reconciliation processes and data quality control.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reduce manual workload through smart use of technology.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- Demonstrated interest and hands-on experience in technology, particularly in financial systems, automation, or data tools
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code automation tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of finance and business planning principles
- Experience with BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with data modelling, system integrations, APIs, or scripting is considered an advantage
- Interest in applying AI tools within finance processes is highly desirable
- Minimum two years of relevant experience (e.g., FP&A, financial systems support, data analysis, process automation, or similar area)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field
