- Implement robust internal controls for wallet management, transactions, and token issuance.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly preferred.
- Certifications or training in blockchain technology, digital asset management, or crypto regulations are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar role.
- Proven experience in the digital asset, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of crypto accounting practices, blockchain transactions, and tokenomics.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and crypto-specific financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and blockchain tools (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, blockchain explorers, wallet management platforms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex crypto concepts to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal Japanese and Mandarin skills are required.
