Operation Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Operations team. This role focuses on supporting supplier relationship management (SRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) activities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving our data processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering actionable insights through data visualization and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems and cloud databases.
- Maintain and update the supplier management system to ensure smooth integration of new vendors into the supply chain, driving immediate operational impact.
- Assist in automating sales revenue data processes.
- Develop performance dashboards and analytics for continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Identify inefficiencies in manual processes and implement solutions to improve workflows.
- Create data visualizations tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in procurement and vendor management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with SRM and ERP-related software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is an added advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
