Key Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive IT support to Finnish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear and concise instructions to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting processes.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Stay well-informed about our product offerings, updates, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is highly beneficial.
• Experience in IT support or customer service, ideally within a technical environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT support tools.
