Forward Deployed Engineer

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help clients optimize their business processes using advanced process mining and data-driven insights. In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement, configure, and analyze process mining solutions, turning complex operational data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Celonis or other process mining platforms
• Strong understanding of process mining and business process management
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mining implementation projects
• Design, configure, and deploy process mining solutions
• Conduct process discovery and analysis workshops with clients
• Mentor junior consultants and team members
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders
