You will own the data foundation for an AI-first medical practice, building pipelines that transform messy healthcare records into clean, actionable data. Working alongside clinicians, you will design the infrastructure that powers real-time medical decisions. What you will do:
Build ETL pipelines to ingest and normalize FHIR, HL7, and CCDA medical record formats.
Design and maintain scalable data models on AWS optimized for AI retrieval and processing.
Extract structured clinical data from unstructured sources like scanned PDFs, XML, and HTML feeds.
The ideal candidate:
Has 5+ years of experience processing complex healthcare data and document extraction workflows.
Possesses deep knowledge of healthcare standards including FHIR, HL7, and PII handling requirements.
Is an AI-native engineer proficient in Python who uses modern LLM tools daily in their development.
