Aurora is a digital-first lifestyle management platform built for the world’s highest-performing individuals and organizations. Our members include tier-1 founders, executives, athletes, and families who delegate complex, ongoing needs across travel, dining, experiences, luxury purchases, and health.
Aurora is mobile-first, conversational, proactive, and available 24/7 globally. Members interact with the product multiple times per day, often for time-sensitive, high-stakes decisions. This makes product quality, judgment, and system behavior directly visible to customers in real time.
Agentified premium lifestyle commerce represents a $10bn+ opportunity. Legacy concierge and lifestyle services rely on fragmented CRMs and manual workflows that do not scale. Aurora combines automation, AI agents, and expert human curators into a single system designed for speed, accuracy, and leverage.
We’ve seen exceptional early traction:
Aurora is backed and chaired by Alex Macdonald, the most successful founder in this category.

We are now expanding the founding engineering team as we scale the product and the member base.
Aurora is built in person from our offices in London, New York, and Los Angeles.
The engineering team works primarily from our London office in Belgravia, with flexible remote days.
Our core team of 20 is searching for a world-class Product Designer to define Aurora’s mobile app experience.
You’ll place a multi-daily-usage, multi-modal, multi-player product in the hands of the world’s most influential and ambitious individuals, reshaping how they plan, book, and manage their lives across core lifestyle domains, including travel, dining, experiences, luxury goods & gifting, and longevity.
You do not need to have extensive experience in the premium consumer or luxury space. We actively welcome individuals who optimize for a polished, new-era experience, rather than old-school luxury.
Our early team is made up of design-forward operators who care deeply about simple and joyful product experiences.
We are defining a new category of lifestyle operating system. Like finance runs on Stripe's rails, for our members: life runs on Aurora's rails.
This role is not about executing predefined requirements. We’re looking for someone who can deeply understand the real problems our members face, challenge assumptions, and design the right solutions - from identifying the opportunity to shipping a polished experience.
You’ll own product design end-to-end: exploring problems, proposing interaction models, validating ideas, and delivering production-ready designs.
You’ll work closely with engineering and product to define what we build, not just how it looks, and help set the bar for usability, clarity, and premium craftsmanship in an always-on product.
The role reports directly to the CTO and has the potential to grow into a senior leadership position spanning design, product, and brand.
We’re a deeply committed team of tier-1 backed and exited operators united by our five core principles:
Design a daily-use product placed directly in the hands of the world’s most ambitious individuals and organizations — empowering them to compound their time, relationships, and global impact.
Work hands-on with a next-generation AI system redefining lifestyle management at the highest level, spanning context, recommendation, orchestration, and execution. Design an ultra light-weight, ultra high-leverage product experience that consistently wins the engagement, trust, and spend of the most powerful consumer cohort in history.
Play a foundational role in building the future of high performance lifestyle management — a $100bn opportunity at the intersection of technology, luxury, and longevity.
