The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Strategy & Ops to own and scale Arkham’s go-to-market engine from Mexico City.
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is a systems-building, intelligence-driven, revenue-accountable role at the intersection of:
- GTM leadership
- GTM engineering
- Commercial execution
You will own how Arkham turns market and account intelligence into revenue.
You’ll decide:
- Where we play
- How we enter accounts
- How we win
What You’ll Work On
Own Account & Market Intelligence
- Use Arkham to deeply understand target markets and enterprise accounts
- Map stakeholders, budgets, incentives, decision cycles, and operational structures
- Form strong POVs on where Arkham has the highest leverage
Develop Account-Specific GTM Strategies
- Translate product capabilities into concrete use cases per account
- Tie operational pain points to executive priorities and P&L impact
- Design focused entry strategies with clear expansion paths
Prepare Customer-Facing Narratives
- Build sharp, account-specific decks
- Craft executive narratives grounded in operational reality
- Frame value with clarity, credibility, and differentiation
Lead High-Stakes Conversations
- Pitch Arkham to C-level executives and operators
- Own discovery, qualification, and strategic positioning
- Drive alignment across stakeholders
Own Pipeline Execution
- Ensure every active opportunity has momentum, clear next steps, and ownership
- Maintain high signal-to-noise ratio in qualification
- Close the loop between intelligence and execution
Own Arkham’s GTM Data & AI Architecture
- Run and continuously improve the data, workflows, and AI systems powering GTM
- Make Arkham itself stronger as a GTM engine over time
- Build compounding intelligence into our commercial motion
