As our lead Founding Recruiter you will be the fuel on the fire to help scale the team to IPO globally. You’ll be responsible with scaling our scrappy culture and not compromising as we grow. We’re looking for some to take full ownership over the hiring process, building systems and leading the strategy for how attract and hire the best talent to this kickass team.
You’ll work directly with the founders to scale our hiring from our HQ in SF across the US and internationally as we expand.
Owning and executing recruitment for a ton of roles in the US and eventually globally including Engineering, Growth, Marketing and Ops.
Run quick and efficient hiring processes with candidates maximizing talent quality
Working with the founders on every hire and advising on org design and hiring strategy
Building a repeatable and scalable hiring funnel across tons of channels
Ideating and executing on out of the box ideas to attract talent, partnering with Marketing on levers to increase inbound and visibility on our mission
3-7 years of talent acquisition experience (growth stage startup ideally)
Experience hiring across multiple roles: engineering, growth, marketing etc.
Scrappy, get anything no matter how crazy done mindset
Willingness to vibe code or lean forward with how to supercharge our hiring process with AI
Awesome communicator whose able to convey mission and strategy of the company to candidates
Seen and help scale rapid growth and now how to build systems 0-1 while keeping fast pace
