To support that growth we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us build one of the most ambitious AI engineering teams in Scotland.
Own technical hiring
Lead recruitment across our engineering organisation, including:
Product Engineers
Applied AI / LLM Engineers
Platform and infrastructure roles
Product and technical leadership roles
Build strong pipelines
Proactively identify and engage engineers across Scotland, the UK and Europe.
We are looking for people who can find exceptional talent, not just manage inbound applicants.
Partner with engineering leaders
Work closely with our CTO and engineering managers to define roles, refine interview processes and hire the right people.
Run excellent hiring processes
Manage hiring end-to-end:
role kick-offs
sourcing and outreach
interview coordination
candidate experience
offer negotiation
Help us scale
Improve our hiring playbooks, interview scorecards and recruiting infrastructure as the engineering team grows.
Experience recruiting software engineers in fast-growing technology companies
Strong sourcing ability and comfort approaching passive candidates
Ability to partner closely with technical stakeholders
High ownership and pace in a startup environment
Strong judgement on talent and culture fit
Based in Edinburgh or willing to relocate
