Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
Joining our Gaming team means collaborating with industry experts to build the tools and infrastructure that power the next generation of hit games. You will be a key partner to our game studios, enabling them to build, iterate, and launch games more efficiently.
You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on puzzle games such asThis is Blast!, Card Factory etc.
We are searching for the architect of our players' core gameplay experience and the engineer of our content pipeline. This is a highly autonomous, hybrid role. You will tweak blast radiuses in Unity, write scripts to automate balancing, and debate core meta-progression. You don't wait for processes; you build them to maximize speed and quality.
You will:
Own & Automate Pipeline: Identify bottlenecks and build scripts/tools to drastically speed up level creation.
Hands-on Design: Build and rapidly iterate on puzzle levels with perfect progression curves.
Game Design Influence: Prototype and balance new board mechanics, blockers, and boosters.
Data-Driven Iteration: Define A/B tests and optimize live "level orders" based on analytics (win rates, churn).
3+ years professional level design in F2P mobile puzzles (Blast, Match-3, Merge).
Deep Unity experience. Capable of building tools, scripting, and optimizing workflows.
Mastery of puzzle psychology, cognitive load, and "near-fail" balancing.
Proven ability to make immediate design decisions based on A/B tests and live data.
