We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Ad Monetization team. You will work directly on revenue-critical topics, combining strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and operational execution to improve performance across millions of daily users. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting or analytical background who wants to move from advising to owning a € multi-hundred-million revenue engine.
Drive revenue Performance
Own ad monetization performance across a portfolio of games and apps
Analyze revenue drivers such as ARPDAU, fill rate, eCPM, LTV, and ad engagement
Identify structural improvement levers across waterfall configuration, in-app bidding, pricing strategy, and demand diversification
Translate analysis into concrete action plans with measurable revenue impact
Optimize the ad tech stack
Work closely with engineering to improve mediation setup, experimentation frameworks, and auction dynamics
Structure and lead A/B tests to maximize yield and long-term LTV
Evaluate and integrate new ad networks, bidding partners, and ad monetization formats
Anticipate ecosystem shifts in privacy, platform policies, and auction mechanics
Lead high-impact projects
Structure ambiguous ad monetization challenges and break them into actionable workstreams
Coordinate with product, UA, data, and creative teams to align ad monetization with user experience and growth strategy
Build scalable processes and dashboards to professionalize performance tracking
Contribute to long-term ad monetization strategy and revenue diversification initiatives
Act as a business owner
Operate with full visibility on revenue performance
Take ownership of initiatives end-to-end, from diagnosis to implementation
Influence key decisions impacting millions in annual revenue
You have 3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)
You are curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact, whatever’s thrown your way
