GATEWAY AGENT - PORTHARCOURT

•  Coordination of the receipt, warehousing, and distribution of shipments from service centers.
•   Sorting, bagging, debagging and scanning shipments to various locations, states & regions.
•  Application of accurate and appropriate scan as shipment moves through the network to achieve zero misroute of shipments.
•  Ensuring compliance with all processes and policies guiding the operations of the Gateway unit.
•  Ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints, and safety of customers’ shipments.
•  Ensuring proper documentation of all items sent/received.
•  Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
•  Other duties as the exigencies of work may demand.
   

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND from a government recognized tertiary institution
• Customer-centric, tech-Savvy, young and personable
• Evidence of mandatory NYSC scheme or Exemption Certificate.
• Must reside in Port-Harcourt, Rivers.
