General Dentist

SearchPlus HR is in search of a talented General Dentist to become a valuable member of our dental team. As a General Dentist, your primary focus will be on providing high-quality dental care to our diverse patient population.

About the Role

In this role at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental issues. You will perform essential dental procedures, such as fillings, root canals, cleanings, and extractions, while educating patients on maintaining their oral health for long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oral examinations and develop treatment plans for patients
• Diagnose and manage dental diseases and conditions
• Carry out routine dental procedures including restorations, extractions, and preventive care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive measures
• Collaborate with dental team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain patient records accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in dental treatments

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active dental license to practice in the state
• Experience in general dentistry preferred
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
