What You'll Be Doing:
Support the month-end close process by accurately recording accruals, prepayments, and foreign exchange differences, and by preparing inventory reconciliations in coordination with the operations team to investigate and resolve variances.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits; respond to audit inquiries and ensure timely and accurate submission of requirements across multiple entities.
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations, verify cross-entity balances, and assist in the preparation of Balance Sheet schedules to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
Record financial transactions, maintain vendor master data, process purchase invoices, perform clearing account reconciliations, generate financial reports, and contribute to process improvements and ad hoc finance and audit requirements.

Has a solid foundation in general accounting principles, with the ability to support APAC entity operations, manage service providers, and assist in month-end closing activities.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work, ensuring completeness and reliability of outputs.
Undergraduate students that are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, with a strong academic standing.
Must be enrolled with a nine (9) academic units or less in the current and/or upcoming semester.
