General Manager - Industrial Catering

The Job holder will be responsible for planning, administering, managing and driving the Industrial Catering operations and services i.e. the Offshore & Onshore catering business.

Qualifications

§  Minimum of BSC or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field

§  Candidates must be a seasoned professional with 10-15 years’ experience and must have worked in a similar business

§  Good business and commercial acumen

§  Financial, budgeting and control skills

§  Good knowledge of food hygiene
