We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Designer to lead and elevate our visual communications across the Asia region. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented designer who understands the demands of a fast-paced financial trading environment and can translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and compliant visual solutions.
You will play a key role in shaping regional creative output while ensuring alignment with global brand standards and local market nuances.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of creative assets for the Asia market across digital, print, and motion where applicable
- Translate complex financial and trading concepts into clear, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing, product, and trading teams to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing communications
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and regional compliance standards
- Adapt global creative concepts for local markets, accounting for cultural, language, and market-specific considerations
- Mentor and provide creative guidance to agency designers or regional partners where required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality in a deadline-driven environment
- Proactively contribute to the evolution of the brand by identifying opportunities to improve design systems, templates, and workflows
Qualifications
Essential:
- 6–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, trading, or similarly regulated industries
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across digital, branding, and marketing materials
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva); motion or video tools are a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
- Experience working with regional or international markets; familiarity with Asia-Pacific audiences is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones and cultures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
