The Role:
As a Regional Marketing Coordinator at Exinity, you will support the execution of our marketing strategy for the Alpari brand in the Iran, Turkey and Afghanistan region. Working closely with the Regional Marketing team and Central Marketing team, you will help coordinate marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and engagement in the region. This role requires strong coordination, organization, and communication skills, ensuring activities are delivered effectively while aligning with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
Assist in creating and adapting marketing materials, including digital ads, social media posts, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Content Support:
Help produce and localize engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
Coordinate translation, cultural adaptation, and quality checks to ensure content resonates with the Iranian audience.
Market Insights:
Gather and share market insights, competitor activities, and client feedback to guide strategy and optimize activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and local activations to strengthen brand presence.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Digital Marketing:
Assist in managing digital marketing activities, including SEO, paid media, and social campaigns.
Track and analyze results to recommend improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure local initiatives meet business needs and align with overall strategy.
Provide structured feedback on local activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Liaison between regional team and central team and be able to prioritize works and manage stakeholders’ expectation
Essential:
Previous experience in marketing, ideally within the Finance, Fintech, or related sectors.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, paid campaigns, SEO, email).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams
Fluency in English and Farsi (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:
Familiarity with the Iranian FX broker market and consumer behaviour.
Experience with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of performance tracking and reporting.
