StepStone is seeking a highly innovative talent activation, PR and employer branding professional who can define and increase our prominence as an employer of choice through a multi-faceted marketing strategy - in not one but 28 countries & 48 brands around the globe (we like to make it fun!)

The Way You'll Work:
- Lead the cross-brand charge with senior business stakeholders to define, sharpen, and communicate our employee value proposition at the company and country level
- Launch and refine multi-channel EBM and strategic talent activation strategy
- Create and curate a globally accesible portfolio of digital and PR content for use by countries in activation, events and campaigns
- Build & own the framework for our careers site strategy
- Ensure our branding is consistent and impactful on social media, blogs, live events, careers site and other platforms
- Design and optimise job seekers' experience with StepStone from start to finish, including key digital and physical touchpoints
- Serve as an expert on the competitive labour market landscape and understand how to most effectively market and position StepStone as an employer
- Supporting businesses across the group in activiating research and content into both industry and public press content

- Create a robust roadmap for success that keeps pace with our multi-dimensional, fast-moving, and fast-scaling business - and then execute it
- Building and owning a CRM system and content strategy
- Taking an active and even leading role in industry & press relations that help our branding as an employer
- Scale the top-of-funnel pipeline for future StepStone talent broadly
- Establish credibility as a subject-matter expert, demonstrating a deep understanding of StepStone, best-in-class employer branding and the broader talent market
- Leverage data to make decisions and prioritise action across a broad set of demands
- Gain buy-in from senior stakeholders across the business while working with HR, product, creative and business resources
- Identify key metrics for measuring employer branding impact and results
Qualifications
- Recent depth of experience in successsfuly developing & delivering employer brand strategies
- 5+ years in Media Relations, digital marketing or related function
- Articulate, persuasive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated evidence of delivering against aggressive targets in a demanding and complex environment
- Scrappy and results-oriented while navigating rapid change and ambiguity
- Analytical thinker who seeks and finds answers in data
- Process-oriented, with a tireless focus on quality of output and increasing throughput
Additional Information
Salary of up to £65,000 base, generous holidays and pension, and a quarterly bonus scheme tied to KPI delivery
