Tilt is at the forefront of commerce, building a net-new way to buy and sell online. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re expanding our growth team and seeking a Growth Hacker to define the next stage of our user acquisition strategy and take Tilt to the next level.
This is an exciting role for someone who wants to operate at the center of a fast-scaling consumer tech company, shaping how we acquire new users, retain our existing cohorts and build our growth engine for the future.

From static store website builders to impersonal marketplaces, today's ecosystem is aging fast. It was built for transactional experiences, not for the new generation of merchants who grow through attention, community and personality.
In the UK alone, millions of shoppers, from sneakerheads and Y2K girlies to collectors and parents, have signed up to Tilt. Our platform has helped sellers go from zero to £1M+ in earnings, and hundreds more earn above the UK median income.
And we are just getting started.
We’re looking for a Growth Hacker who can think across the full funnel from how we find new users to how we turn them into loyal buyers and sellers. This isn't a single-channel role. You'll own the question of where Tilt grows next and build the strategy and execution to make it happen.
This role is atypical in modern consumer companies, but we believe there is tremendous alpha here. You'll work closely with our product, data, and categories teams to test new channels, understand what's working, and scale it, whether that's through paid, organic, creator partnerships, community, or channels we haven't tried yet.
Own and develop our user acquisition strategy across multiple channels: paid social, UGC & influencer, organic, partnerships, community, and beyond
Identify high-potential new channels and move quickly from hypothesis to test to scale
Manage campaign execution end-to-end: briefing creative, setting up campaigns, analysing results, building automations and iterating
Work with our data and product teams to understand funnel performance and identify where we're leaving growth on the table
Build relationships with creators, communities, and partners who can help Tilt reach new audiences authentically
Turn what works into repeatable playbooks so the team can move faster over time
3–5+ years in a growth role at a consumer startup, marketplace, or high-growth brand
You've owned acquisition channels before: you know what it takes to go from zero on a channel to something that scales
Comfortable with data: you can pull numbers with SQL, interpret a dashboard, and let results drive decisions
Scrappy and operational: vibe-code or use tooling to streamline and scale processes
A strong creative and commercial instinct: you understand what makes people click, buy, and come back
You move fast, learn from failure, and don't need much hand-holding
Equally comfortable thinking about strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute
Nice to have
Experience growing creator, marketplace, or social products
Familiarity with AARRR funnels, cohort analysis, and lifecycle metrics
Experience launching new markets or distribution channels from zero
